Content Questions
Currently all courses are accredited for all levels for Continuing Education Hours (CE). You may take any course at any level this year. However, as recommended in 2010, this may be dependent upon your licensure level.
Each course has 4 sections or modules that are designed for maximum retention and usability. Results are kept in our secure database so that you do not have to lose what you have already done.
Each section is graded separately and then results are combined after you have taken all 4 (overview, assessment, treatment, and roles). You may start other courses and leave others unfinished to return at a time that is convenient for you.
To receive credit, complete all for parts of a course topic. When you do, you will then be able to see your results and print your certificate. As required by our EMS Agency, a survey will also appear.
Your certificate will be kept on file for you to print whenever you need it for documentation or submission to your specific EMS Agency.
If you fail the test, you may take it as many times as you need until you pass without repaying.
